Friday, February 28, 2014 - A private dinner (Restaurant Frantzén **, Stockholm, Sweden): A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, from vineyards west of Reims (near Saint-Thierry). Relatively full colour; full-on style, the rich and smoky Pinot Noir tempered by the mineral freshness of the Chardonnay, candied fruit, floral topnotes, red apple; youthful, vibrant and pure.
