Sunday, September 17, 2017 - Oct 2015 disgorged, 50:50 chardonnay : Pinot noir. Restrained nose of peaches and touch of yeast. Nicely judged dosage giving a soft, round palate with ripe fruit and just enough acidity behind. Nice but no real fireworks
