Monday, January 13, 2020 - January birthdays (and porchetta) (Chicago, IL): From magnum. Didn't really like this, despite by general love of Chartogne-Taillet. I thought that the mousse here was really coarse and clumsy, and I didn't really like the texture here either -- a little unintegrated, sharp, and prickly.
