Wednesday, January 20, 2021 - Medium yellow gold; clean cider, bread dough, apple skin, wet marly-chalky notes; excellent balance, vibrant tangy acidity, good depth and concentration, seamless and well-made if not exceptionally complex. Very good inauguration drinker with red pepper and onion and gruyere quiche. 2017 base. 90-91
