Saturday, February 6, 2021 - Ripe/baked green apple, chalk, autolysis, and honey.

High acid and a long, powerful finish.

This is a respectable intro NV cuvée. Considering the muted nose and powerful structure, this should benefit from a year or two under cork. 2017 base.
