Saturday, December 25, 2021 - S: honey notes, slight garden spider. Fuller taste than anticipated.
R: after shave, apple, and alcohol on nose; apple cider vinegar front end with sharp, drying honey wash. Finishes just off dry. Pair with quiche or Alsatian flatbread.
