Monday, May 9, 2022 - Too easy to drink. While this is nicely balanced, orchard fruits and citrus dominate. The dosage is on-point providing balance and weight that makes this a very vinous and easy to drink champagne. A crowd pleaser for sure if you don't absolutely need the acidity (I'm partial to an extra brut or non-dose but just love this one, which is a brut).
