Monday, September 8, 2014 - First one of these since July, 2012 and it has definitely improved. Shows phenomenal balance now. The delicious plum and blackberry fruit has faded slightly, while secondary notes of spice, licorice and mineral have become noticeably more pronounced. The silky smooth tannins have integrated beautifully, lingering gently on the long, polished finish. A wonderful Napa Merlot that is now drinking at its peak.
