Tuesday, June 6, 2017 - Bruno Giacosa Dinner (Marchesa Private Dining - Chicago IL): Open two hours before serving. Absolutely classic - red cherry, dried rose petals, black pepper, black licorice. Good weight and length. At its peak now, but certainly no hurry to drink up.
