Saturday, October 22, 2011 - Full straw color with slight green tint. Nose: green apple and pineapple core with river stone, bread/lees, almond paste, and a hint of vanilla. Medium body on the palate: green apple, pineapple core, and a suggestion of white fig with lime peel, almond, and a touch of cream. Medium+ acidity. Lingering apple skin, almond, and cream on the moderate finish. Good, solid cool-climate styled Chardonnay. Well made.
