Saturday, October 8, 2016 - Evolving nicely with flavors of white, black and green pepper, wax and meat. Savory and delicious. 2008 was a cool and under rated vintage just like 2006. I think we will find some 2011 wines fall into this long lived less sweet and ripe category.
