Monday, July 2, 2012 - Honeymoon Wine Tasting; 6/25/2012-7/3/2012 (California - Napa & Sonoma Counties): Tasted at Winery. Golden in color, with a nose of peaches and a little orange. Flavors of smooth and creamy peach with a fuller body than I would expect for a sweet wine (granted this is my first ice wine). I would imagine this would be an excellent pairing with peach cobbler. The finish was long without being too sweet or thick. Impressive. Don't wait too long to drink this one!
