Thursday, December 8, 2011 - Monthly Tasting Group LTB 2011-11; With ham and sausages (By GWL & IL): Fruity, candy bouquet. Rustic on the palate with firm tannin and bitterness. Not really a refined wine. It is still too young, but if this will ever become a real pleasure….I have my doubts.
