Saturday, September 24, 2011 - As always, Honig makes wonderful wine. Used a little for cooking chicken picatta and drank the rest. Very refreshing, well-rounded, crisp, grassy. Not too tart and unlike a lot of sauv blancs, it doesn't make me feel drowsy. Love the new bottles, too!
