Friday, April 17, 2015 - This wine was a fun experience. From a bottle that looked like it came from a shipwreck - banged up, no label, spot of white paint and only the seller's assurance it was what it was. But it was delicious - hit the palate with some clean fruit, but then followed up with the kind of nutty, butterscotchy flavors you expect from a tawny. Similar blend of styles visually, with a gorgeous pink-tinged golden color with only a hint of browning.
