Tuesday, January 29, 2013 - Part of a mini Brunello tasting. Scored. Came out as the winner in my view. Very enticing nose of early maturing Sangiovese. Classic Brunello nose. On the palate an absolutely beautiful balance between ripe fruit, tannins and acidity. Drinkability score is through the roof! Delicate and a pleasure. The complexity is not high though, which is the only drawback in my book. Does not need much longer in the cellar. Accompanied a Bistecca alla Fiorentina nicely.
