Friday, February 17, 2023 - Out of the bottle, much paler than expected. Ripping acid and lemon - kind of unexpected. With oxygen, developed the classic hay / grass and cheesy notes you expect out of Dauvissat and / or Raveneau. Really fantastic in hours 2-3. Great bottle.
