Saturday, March 20, 2021 - Not nearly ready as a PnP, I aerated this in wide-bottom decanter for 3,5 hours; was ideal. More of everything compared to a bottle last year. And when I say more of everything, I reference the things I like, acid, tannin, fruit, etc. Kind of in that order, but not necessarily. The rim shows a little age, clear. Medium-bodied, highly aromatic, with a great sense of place; it's become quite elegant in a slightly rustic way. This hit all the right notes, and is likely to drink at this level for the remainder of the decade, depending on how cool your cellar is. A few ounces the following day were nearly identical. A joy. highly recommended
