Wednesday, January 14, 2015 - @Taste of Texas, great bottle and reasonable price. Rich red fruit, bracing acidity initially but composes quickly. Great with a heavily marbled ribeye and seared button mushrooms. Long finish with blue fruit and brown cooking spice.
