Monday, February 24, 2014 - Weekly tasting group #108; Biological wines (@ CvR): Perfumed bouquet with minerals, chocolate, vanilla, coffee, mocha and toast. On the palate a firm amount of sweetness, chocolate, sweet spices, eucalyptus, good acidity and creamy tannin. A bit special, but overall a beautiful and tasty wine.
