Monday, April 8, 2024 - Nose: tangerine oil, cured meat, truffle, sugar cane, honey, maltose, passionfruit, nuts
Notes: drank from the Domaine so this bottle was in a pristine condition. With excellent depth and structure and what an experience it is to try this Ex-Domaine. With some oxidative notes such as maltose and sugar cane I believe there really isn't much need to cellar this further. I must say that the palate is what the nose promised and this is a great vintaged white.
