Saturday, February 13, 2016 - From a 375ml bottle. A more mature version of the bottle I had 4 years ago. Much more mellow overall, though plenty of body and richness remain. The Carignan seems to stick out, unfortunately it makes the wine more stewy and syrupy, not my thing. Sediment evident in the bottle, probably peaking.
