Monday, April 11, 2011 - Pure dark fruit and a distinct herbal character come through on the nose. Big but light on its feet, shows blackberry and black cherry offset by rosemary, tobacco, and grassy earth with a touch of smoke. Medium plus bodied, nicely textured fine tannins, and just a bit of acidity. Was still going strong on day 2- this will probably age, but why wait? 91+
