Wednesday, April 15, 2015 - Consumed over 2 days (vacuvined), note from day 2. Nose: Medium-plus expressiveness, black cherry, fresh strawberry, with hints of smoke and rose petals - very intriguing. Palate: Medium bodied, cherry, bacon, and Asian spice attack, acidic back-bone provides nice balance, good mid-palate persistence carries all the way thru a back-end dominated by spicy red fruit which persists thru a 30-45 second finish.
