Friday, March 1, 2024 - La Paulée de Los Angeles - The Verticals (Maybourne Hotel - Beverly Hills CA): Vertical. Fleshy and rich but with enough acidity and silky tannin to maintain very good balance. Not exactly textbook Volnay that highlights delicacy and elegance, but certainly dense and fun already now.
