Saturday, October 20, 2012 - Retailer tasting: This wine is fermented in steel tanks and ages in large old barrels. The bouquet is perfumed with a lot of flowers. On the palate supple and soft red fruits, some menthol and spices as well as some earthiness. There is some bitterness and firm tannin which is a bit drying in the finish. Beautiful wine. Wait until 2017. 92+

12/14/2015 7:53:00 AM - the firm tannin, bitterness and drying are all completely gone now, if you still have a bottle of it you can give it a try, but there's absolutely no hurry
