Friday, March 20, 2020 - Agree very much with Zazzaman’s last notes overall. Mild nose, with the familiar sweet fruit (plum and apricot) and enjoyable spices. Tannins were nicely soft, and the high alcohol content did not overpower the broad and lingering palette. This was the last bottle, and it seems to be in an ideal place, similar to the last two years, perhaps mildly improved. Good wine, could be a better value though.
