Friday, March 28, 2014 - A really superb dry Riesling, taut and austere at first sip but quickly fruity & exuberant as the grapefruit and lemon peel flavors kick in. Upon closer inspection, and especially on the long finish, a flinty mine reality predominates. Complex and intriguing, an absolute steal at at $12 or so. I have no idea how it will age-- it certainly has the acidity and structure to transform ion something even more interesting !
