Friday, August 17, 2012 - Decanted for an hour, still opened up more in the glass. Went great with grilled lamb chops, as expected. Even had a youthful edge on first sip, but the more it sat, the more it evolved. Silky tannins throughout. Don't know if it will get better, but it still has plenty of life left.
