Wednesday, December 21, 2011 - Picked this bottle up from a local grocery store. No previous knowledge of this bottle, the importer was the selling point for me. Drank it over several nights, with and without food. It maintained a fairly staid, nondescript profile the whole time, never really took off or opened up. Medium-bodied. No highs or lows. Didn't really have enough pep to mingle well with anything heavier than grilled fish. Not enough depth or complexity to stand alone either. No specific flaws, but nothing really ringing any bells in my soul either. A definite "meh" bottle, but it was quite cheap, so a perfect one to release out into the wilds of a holiday party for folks looking to simply quaff a bunch of wine.
