  • 10.5% - No formal note. Off-dry/ Some granny smith apple on the nose, white peaches and a whiff of kerosene/rubber that disappears after a few minutes. Unidimensional but well made and balanced. Paired well with poached prawn (in the Selbach), white chocolate sauce and a cauliflower puree.

Even though this wine does not provide a lifting experience ... I see an an outstanding Q/P here.

  • - Light gold color with medium forming legs and aromas of kerosene, butterscotch, orange blossom, eucalyptus and grapefruit. It's balanced and has flavours of butterscotch and orange blossom with a medium body. Round texture with a medium finish - We had it in a sunny afternoon in Sao Paulo, it was perfect as a refreshment. Acidity was very high, and it's structure and body make it a very harmonious wine. The residual sugar makes it a drink suitable for many types of events.

  • Picked this bottle up from a local grocery store. No previous knowledge of this bottle, the importer was the selling point for me. Drank it over several nights, with and without food. It maintained a fairly staid, nondescript profile the whole time, never really took off or opened up. Medium-bodied. No highs or lows. Didn't really have enough pep to mingle well with anything heavier than grilled fish. Not enough depth or complexity to stand alone either. No specific flaws, but nothing really ringing any bells in my soul either. A definite "meh" bottle, but it was quite cheap, so a perfect one to release out into the wilds of a holiday party for folks looking to simply quaff a bunch of wine.

  • Rather innocuous. Barely off-dry: ripe, crisp gala apple, peach & lime. Mid-weight but somewhat lacking in minerality & length of finish. Decent price for a lunch wine.

  • The nose is welcoming, showing crisp peaches with a light touch of limes and honey, and some good minerality. Light sweetness shows early on the palate, and it runs down the side of the mouth while good acidity and rich fruit settles in the center. Peach flavors show on the mid palate, and on the finish I get a faint twist of lime to dry things out.
