Friday, June 15, 2012 - After being opened 7 hours: Very warm, balanced, open, with mature fruit, without being too much. Elegant, but not quite on the highest level.
At the end of day 2: Extremely densed and focused, almost portlike. The palate is also very focused with almost extremely focused fruit close to being too ripe and over the hill.
