Thursday, April 24, 2008 - Pop and pour at Cafe Bruges with a quick dinner. A bit tight and only began to bloom as we were getting ready to leave. This was very smooth and the tannins resolved. With time, I think the fruit and richness would have emerged more. They clearly seemed to be in there, just not fully emerged.
