Friday, August 19, 2022 - Part of a Chardonnay / Pinot Noir tasting. Double-decant recommended. Delicate and elegant with beautifully thin layers of red cherry and raspberry fruit, dried flowers, very fine earthy notes, underwood and truffles. Such a finely layered palate, softly textured with structural acidity. Second bottle within a few weeks and as with the last one I would argue this is an amazing spot right now.
