Sunday, December 30, 2012 - Wow what a wonderful Syrah. An hour decant was not enough. Two hours would be better. Drinking great but still has lots of upside that's for sure. Should improve over the next 3-5 years and hold for another 3-5 years. Happy to have 3 more of these in my cellar.
