Thursday, January 8, 2015 - Splash decant ... Still really loving this one, which is drinking perfectly now. Less cloudy than my last bottle a year ago, and with less sediment than I expected based on previous experience. Deep, dark purple. Nose of berry and violets. At first sip, rich and creamy, with blackberry and chocolate. It deepens with a pop of acid, intact tannins, spice and earth. Lots going on and very well balanced. A bigger Bedrock Syrah amongst their offerings, but really awesomely done.
