Friday, October 1, 2010 - Dark purple. Grape jelly nose with green, woodsy accents. Foursquare and somewhat heavy bodied, the goopey fruit of overripeness and the acid of stemminess fight for attention, preventing much enjoyment. Very drying tannin. At seven years old, the wine's charm has dried up. Bottle #2 of two.
