Tuesday, September 24, 2019 - Eclectic Older Wines from the Rare Wine Company with Mannie Berk (The Morris, San Francisco): Magnum. Slightly lighter color than the 1990. This too starts a bit mushroomy. Delicate, elegant weight. Fresher, better acidity, and much more fruit than the younger wine. Excellent Champagne now and for the next 5 years or so.
