Monday, March 25, 2019 - Very pleasant St Emilion from the lovely 2010 vintage. Floral nose of violets. Good structure, reserved. Can do with a long decant (also due to considerable sediment). I’m sure this can age further and doesn’t appear to be at its peak—maybe still slightly closed? But still a very nice wine that we enjoyed with steak. Would get again at a decent price.
