Saturday, February 24, 2018 - PnV. Medium dark burgundy in color. Nose of crushed rock, raspberry, leather. Ripe plums and gravel on the palate with quite a bit of acidity. Fruit came out more as the wine warmed. At 55°F the wine was quite firm, but as it got up past 65°F the wine fattened up a bit more. Regardless, I was expecting more but was a bit underwhelmed as it seemed a bit too linear.

Enjoyed in a Riedel Vinum Syrah glass.
