Saturday, February 4, 2012 - Dinner at 28-50 (28-50): Very sweet, almost cough-syrupy cherries on the nose, with notes of vanilla and pine forest, maybe some herbs and roast meat? Palate is hollow, savory, showing plenty of acid, some iron, a bit of tannin. This is either shutdown or (more likely I think) just not very good.
