Sunday, March 30, 2014 - Pale pink-rose, watery rim. Medium(-) focused range of herbaceous aromas like thyme, rosemary, garrigue. Dry, medium(+) acidity, medium-medium(+) alcohol, medium(-) -medium body. Medium soft range of flavors of lemon, orange zest, herbs, pepper. Silky texture, tightly knit with with well-defined clean almost cutting finish. As expected given its age it developed into a complex wine, with austere qualities.
