Saturday, November 19, 2022 - Acker JK 51st birthday in NYC. Aromas of dried plums, red and black fruits, earth and sweet spices, kept smelling it for several minutes. The mouthfeel is uberdense while being weightless, the complex flavors mirroring the nose are wrapped up in layers of silk. Amazing wine, ready now, finishing in a long and chalky saturating finish. This is close to perfection, a stunning wine.
