Friday, August 19, 2011 - - Ruby color with medium forming legs and aromas of strawberry, rose and dusty. It's balanced and has flavours of mint, strawberry and dusty with a medium body. Angular texture with a long finish - I really liked it. Especially for the price point of a a good quality Canadian Pinot. Classic sburgundian nose of rose petals and compost. Cfris acidity almost wings at mint and wild strawberries. The earthy Pinot nose follows through onto the palate as well. Tannins have a bit of a hard edge but I'm sure it will soften and smooth out shortly.
