Friday, July 6, 2007 - A beautifully earthy bottle of red Burgundy with gorgeous spicy cherry fruit and a very finely concentrated finish. Has a wonderful elegant intensity and excellent complexity on the finish with notes of ferrous and other minerals. This seems perfectly mature and ready for drinking right now.
