Wednesday, November 11, 2015 - Matched to pressed duck at Edulis. Dark red fruit and earthy barn yard nose, lot of complexity. The palate really showed why this wine is so respected. Tannins are fine and subdued, but still there.; great balance, fruit flavours clean and just the right acidity. Long finish.
