Friday, November 11, 2022 - My last bottle of this. I worried I had waited too long but was pleasantly surprised at how well this was drinking. Attractive nose of dark berry fruit, clay-like earth, and autumn leaves. The palate is medium bodied and relaxed, with a velvety texture and some dusty tannins showing up on the finish. I'm sure at some point the tannins will outlast the fruit, but we're not there yet. Nonetheless, I wouldn't hesitate to open these if I had more.
