Tuesday, April 9, 2013 - Served for Advanced Wine Class, Chile part 1.

Apricots, honey, and peaches. Great sweet wine for a dessert. As a sweet wine, it will last for a long time and get more earthy.

Paired amazingly with blue cheese and foie gras.
