Tuesday, December 11, 2012 - Opened direct from the wine fridge (>60F). Ran through Vinturi.
Nose: heat with suggestions of smooth dark fruit
Mouth: Smooth and velvety mouthfeel
Palate: disjointed dark fruit, cocoa, hints of spice
Overall: this is young, but not as infanticidal as I had anticipated.
