Wednesday, October 10, 2012 - This is clearly a well made wine but currently shows excess oak that may integrate better with additional time. I get a lot of not-unpleasant butterscotch on the nose and mid-palate but the finish has a harsh wood flavor. 87 today, 89+ if the oak subsides/integrates better.
